姜言,副教授,工学博士/博士后硕士生导师。研究方向主要包括高速铁路风速预测以及风电场风能预测;风资源评估及概率风荷载分析;风致疲劳及风振可靠性研究;山区复杂风场激励下高柔结构风荷载特性及风振响应;桥梁健康监测等。
